Casa en San Jacinto

Guánica, Puerto Rico

a project by Luis Ayala Rubio Arquitectura and Visura PSC

Designing a private residence is especially complex because it requires trust and extensive communication between owner and architect. Residential work also requires a willingness to design to a highly developed level, to take care of the detail, to explore options back and forth until a final satisfactory scheme is achieved. Orientation, views, ventilation, intended use, material, construction process, comfort, practicality are all fundamental elements that play an important role in the design process. The result should always serve as evidence of care and attention. Casa en San Jacinto speaks to that kind of service.
